All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of vaping products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products, including e-liquids, disposable vapes, coils, or tanks.

Defective Devices – Store Credit Only

If you receive a device that is not functioning out of the box, we will issue store credit only after verification.

Conditions:

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Devices must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of the defect (video or photo) is required.
  • VA Enterprise will inspect and verify before issuing store credit.

We do not offer refunds. Only store credit will be provided for verified defective devices.

No Credit for Misuse or Damage

Store credit will not be issued for:

  • Devices damaged due to misuse, drops, or modifications
  • Issues caused by using incompatible accessories
  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery

How to Request Store Credit

  1. Email vaenterprise168@gmail.com with your order number, issue description, and clear photo/video proof.
  2. Our support team will review your claim within 48–72 hours.
  3. If approved, you’ll receive store credit via email that can be used on a future order.

Final Note

We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above conditions or appears fraudulent. VA Enterprise maintains detailed delivery records, and false claims will not be tolerated.
